Domain Names
Domain names, which serve as the digital address of a website, are protected through a formal allocation procedure. In some cases, particularly for .tr extensions, supporting documents such as a trademark registration certificate may be required for the allocation to proceed.

- Domain Name Search
The domain name subject to application is researched, taking into consideration the preferred domain extension.
- Application
Once the decision to proceed with the application is made following the search, the domain name allocation procedure is carried out.
- Domain Name Disputes
In internet domain name disputes, domain name cancellation, domain name transfer requests and dispute follow-up transactions are carried out before TOBBUYUM Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center and UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) within WIPO.
This service includes providing advice clients on cross-border infringement of domain names and obligations arising in the field of Intellectual Property and web content protection, conducting preliminary investigations to initiate legal proceedings against misused domain names, and representing clients in a wide range of domain name disputes such as Cybersquatting, Typo-squatting, Domain Name Warehousing, parking of domain names and other related matters.
